Cousin sisters share RM8mil Da Ma Cai jackpot

A woman in her early 60s and her cousin became the latest Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot winner, sharing the total prize money of RM8,112,797. The woman from Selangor said that one of the winning number, 9336, was her cousin’s car number, while the other matching number, 7716 was the queue number at the post office.

“I accompanied my cousin to the post office to renew her car road tax. As we were chatting and waiting for our turn, we decided to buy her car number and our queue number, combining them with our regular numbers.”

The lucky winners told that they often pool money to play System Bet in order to increase their chances of winning the jackpot.

“After we bought the ticket, we didn’t check the results on that Saturday evening. We only check the numbers together the next morning when we were having dimsum together. The first time we match our numbers on the top 3 prizes, we couldn’t believe our eyes. So, we double check the ticket with the dmcGO apps ticket scanner. We were so happy to confirm our winning,” said the lucky winner.

“Although the 1+3D Jackpot has been won, Da Ma Cai 3+3D Bonus still have another RM7.8 million waiting to be won,” added Da Ma Cai spokesperson.

When asked how they would spend their new-found fortune, they said that they would donate to animal shelters and save the money as their retirement funds.
