DMC Carnival Contest 2025 Terms & Conditions

1. This DMC Carnival Contest 2025 (“Contest”) is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years and above as of 1 July 2025, except:-

i. Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd’s (“PMP”) authorised selling agent(s) (“Selling Agent”);

ii. Selling Agent’s employees and the Selling Agent’s immediate family members; and

iii. PMP’s and DMC GO Sdn Bhd’s employees and their immediate family members.

2. This Contest is valid from 1-21 July 2025 (both dates inclusive).

3. Each exact RM20.00 investment in a single Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot System Bet5 Lucky Pick ticket (“SB5 Ticket”) purchased over the sales counter at any participating Da Ma Cai outlet (“DMC Outlet”) or via dmcGO mobile application (“dmcGO”) shall be entitled to 1 entry form (“Contest Form”), subject to the following:-

i. the combination of numbers selected for the SB5 Ticket must comprise “straight” numbers with at least 1 set of “Lucky Pick” number or System Bet Lucky Pick; and

ii. all other number permutations for e.g. “Box”, “iBox” and “Roll” and/or all other bet variations for e.g. “House Share System” are not eligible for the Contest.

4. All completed Contest Form (“Entry”):-

i. obtained through SB5 Ticket purchased at any DMC Outlet, shall be submitted at any participating DMC Outlet; and

ii. obtained through SB5 Ticket purchased through dmcGO, will be automatically submitted via dmcGO.

5. Each participant may submit as many Entry as he/she wishes but each winner is only entitled to 1 prize in accordance with Condition 8 regardless of the number of Entry submitted for the Contest.

6. For:-

i. every Contest Form submitted at any participating DMC Outlet, the required details and particulars must be fully completed with the prescribed question therein being answered correctly. Any Contest Form with incomplete details and/or particulars and/or with wrong or incomplete answer will be disqualified; and

ii. every virtual Contest Form assigned to any holders of dmcGO accounts (“dmcGO Account”) will have their details and particulars (based on their records maintained by dmcGO) submitted automatically via dmcGO. If they are randomly selected by PMP, the selected participant will be contacted by dmcGO through his/her mobile number (based on their records maintained by dmcGO), to answer the prescribed question for the Contest within a time to be prescribed by dmcGO. If the selected participant provides a wrong, incomplete answer or unreachable within the prescribed time, the selected participant will be disqualified from the Contest.

7. PMP is not responsible for any damaged, lost and/or unsubmitted Contest Form, howsoever arising and PMP will not entertain any request for the reissue of any Contest Form, including non-submission through dmcGO. For the purchase of the SB5 Ticket at DMC Outlet, only the original Contest Form issued by PMP will be accepted and copies of Contest Form will be disqualified automatically.

8. The following are the available prizes:-

i. 10 x Top Prizes of RM8,888.00 each

ii. 126 x Consolation Prizes of RM188.00 dmcGO top up credit each

9. Winners will be selected at random and at the absolute discretion of PMP.

10. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The winners will be notified through the telephone number provided by the participant through the Contest Form or registered with dmcGO.

11. The results of the Contest will be announced on the PMP’s Facebook page and at all participating DMC Outlet.

12. Save for the consolation prizes where Condition 13 below applies, all winners must claim their prizes at PMP’s Regional Offices within the prescribed time as may be notified and/or varied by PMP from time to time, subject to proof of identity to the satisfaction of PMP. Failure of the winner to collect his/her prize within the prescribed time will result in his/her prize being forfeited at PMP’s absolute discretion.

13. For consolation prizes:-

i. all winners are required to have an active dmcGO Account. In the event the winner does not have an active dmcGO Account, he/she will be required to sign up for a dmcGO Account for the consolation prize to be credited into his/her the dmcGO Account. Failure and/or refusal of the winner to sign up for a dmcGO Account within the prescribed time will result in his/her prize being forfeited at PMP’s absolute discretion; and

ii. upon being credited into the winner’s dmcGO Account:-

     a. shall only be used for investments for Da Ma Cai games via dmcGO;

     b. cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever; and

     c. cannot be transferred to another dmcGO Account or withdrawn from the winner’s dmcGO Account.

14. PMP reserves the right to:-

i. substitute any prize with another of similar type or value;

ii. publish or display the name and photograph of any winner in its promotional, advertising or publicity activities;

iii. suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Contest; and

iv. amend or modify the terms and conditions herein,

at any time and from time to time, without any compensation payable to the winners and/or the participants and in PMP’s absolute discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

15. By participating in this Contest, all participants are deemed to, have notice of, agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments thereof. Further, all participants are deemed to have consented to PMP’s processing and utilizing of their personal data provided in the Contest Form and for other promotional activities. 16. PMP’s decision pertaining to this Contest, including any disputes in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by PMP.

17. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage (including but not limited to the loss of opportunity, connectivity issues and/or interruptions with the use of dmcGO) howsoever suffered and/or incurred by the participants, arising from this Contest. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to waive all claims against PMP and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers and/or employees howsoever arising from this Contest.

18. All participants in this Contest are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use dmcGO services and the respective Da Ma Cai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 including all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder, the “Rules for Investment by Telephone/ Mobile” and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.

19. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
