Terms & Conditions

1. This “Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot Double Fortune Giveaway Bonanza!” Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid –

(a) from 25 May 2024 to 26 June 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”); or

(b) until all the Allocated Free Tickets (hereinafter defined) are given away,

whichever is earlier.

2. This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim customers aged 21 years and above as of 25 May 2024.

3. Subject to the limit of RM200,000 in aggregate worth of total Free Tickets (“Allocated Free Tickets”) to be given away for every RM20 investment of 1+3D JACKPOT System Bet 5 Lucky Pick placed -

(a) at the sales counter of any participating Da Ma Cai outlets;

(b) through the dmcGO mobile applications (“dmcGO App”);

and accepted by Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (“PMP”), you will receive a complimentary 1+3D Jackpot Lucky Pick Ticket with an investment value of RM2 (“Free Ticket”) for a draw date to be determined at PMP’s absolute discretion.

4. The Free Ticket cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever.

5. PMP reserves the right to –

(a) substitute the Free Ticket with another ticket of similar value or otherwise for any other games operated by PMP;

(b) suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Promotion; and/or

(c) amend or modify the terms and conditions herein,

at any time and from time to time, in PMP’s absolute discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

6. By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to have notice of, agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments thereof.

7. PMP’s decisions pertaining to this Promotion, including any disputes in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained by PMP.

8. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage (including but not limited to the loss of opportunity) howsoever suffered and/or incurred by your participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to waive all claims against PMP and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers and/or employees howsoever arising from this Promotion.

9. All investments made in the 1+3D Jackpot game and participation in this Promotion are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of dmcGO services and the respective Da Ma Cai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 including all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder, the “Rules for Investment by Telephone/Mobile” and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.

10. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
